Bunnings is a leading retailer of home improvement and lifestyle products in Australia and New Zealand. As a Trade Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience to our trade customers. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating future sales leads, and maintaining relationships within your local area and local organisations.
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, driven to advance their career, and have an interest in trade products and an understanding of how to drive sales within a retail environment.
You will need previous experience in a customer service and administrative based role, good computer literacy, and the ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs. A genuine interest in trade products and eagerness to learn more about products and services is also essential.
