Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via telephone and in-person interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and process orders and credits efficiently.
- Solve problems and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reconcile daily cash, EFTPOS, and cheque transactions accurately.
- Participate in store replenishment exercises and warehouse duties as required.
- A minimum of trade counter and/or customer service experience within a hardware store (preferred).
- An understanding of the industrial product market is highly valued.
- Proactive and positive attitude with a highly motivated work ethic.
- Great personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and provide ideas to improve customer experience.
