">This role involves working closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.
">You'll collaborate with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Motivate and support clients to take steps towards meaningful employment
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes
- Ensure all activity is properly recorded and documented in compliance with regulatory requirements
Attributes and Experience:
">- Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external stakeholders
