Intake Coordinator

This role focuses on managing the consumer intake process for Financial Counselling services. As an Intake & Administration Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring a professional and supportive experience while connecting clients to suitable services.
You will provide essential administrative support to the financial counselling team, working independently, communicating clearly, and collaborating effectively with the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage intake processes and provide administrative support for NEFCP, assisting clients and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Work closely with the financial counselling team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
- Offer high-quality administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Diploma of Community Service (preferred) or relevant work experience.
- Currently studying Diploma of Financial Counselling (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative and/or intake roles (desired).
- Experience in working with Financial Counselling teams/organisations and/or clients (desired).
- Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
- Able to problem-solve and manage feedback effectively.
