Job Summary

As an Intake and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for consumers accessing Financial Counselling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage intake and provide administrative support
  • Assist clients and work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Community Service (desirable)
  • Currently studying Diploma of Financial Counselling (desirable)
  • Administrative and/or intake experience (desirable)
  • Experience in working with Financial Counselling teams/organisations and/or clients (desirable)
  • Able to set priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • Problem solving ability and effective feedback management
