What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple projects – from scoping to deployment
  • Shape technical strategy and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Oversee code quality, reviews, and standards
  • Mentor and guide the team in adopting AI tools and workflows
  • Collaborate across design, product, and marketing to deliver impactful digital solutions
What We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong experience developing and debugging WordPress environments
  • Breadth of technical knowledge across multiple systems and languages
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Pragmatic, hands-on use of AI tools for building, debugging, and learning

WordPress (PHP), React Router (Typescript), Pocketbase (Go), Cloudflare, Google Cloud, GA4, BigQuery, Metabase, plus integrations with marketing platforms.
