Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing maintenance operations in a fast-paced industry. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams and implementing EHSMS programs to drive compliance and risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure contractor compliance with EHS standards and behaviours, drive implementation of EHSMS programs, and manage EHS risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead Contractor Maintenance team to deliver on GLNG operations strategy, develop team capabilities to enhance performance and engagement, and ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
  • Workforce Planning: Oversee contractor workforce planning and resource execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in maintenance shut down activities or project work, hydrocarbon facility operations and/or maintenance experience, supervision of a multi-skilled workforce in a shift work environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Extensive industry experience in Oil and Gas or petrochemical, Mech or Electrical Trade/Engineering qualification background, ability to obtain a MSIC Security card (Federal police clearance required).
