HVAC Service Manager

Job Summary:

A highly experienced HVAC service manager is required to lead and manage our HVAC service team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, computer, and math skills, as well as the ability to manage people, operations, effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, coaching.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, expenses to achieve budgeted margins profits.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer issues ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch optimize technician selection scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Unrestricted Journeyman license HVAC code knowledge.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, computer, math skills, ability to manage people operations, budgets effectively.
