We are currently seeking a National Accounts Executive to become a vital part of our dynamic, enthusiastic, and fast-paced team.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Overseeing sales operations, personnel management, and customer satisfaction initiatives within the commercial indirect sales channel Crafting and executing strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives Engaging with key clients, supporting sales representatives in nurturing relationships, and facilitating negotiations and closures Building networks with key customers to pinpoint and address their specific needs Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained success Serving as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams to fulfill client requirements Identifying and attracting potential strategic clients Ensuring uniformity across various sites and divisions Negotiating contractual agreements Gathering and analyzing sales data and market trends Maintaining elevated customer satisfaction ratings in line with company standards Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to devise and implement strategies for both new and existing clients Keeping abreast of internal and external developments and proposing innovative methods to boost sales

To excel in this position, you should possess:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the service industry Experience in B2B sales and cold outreach Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities A solid understanding of direct selling practices High-level commercial acumen and negotiation expertise A proven track record of meeting sales targets At least 2 years of experience in National Account Management.
