**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Education and Training Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the educational experience for interns and prevocational Trainee Medical Officers (TMOs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mentorship and ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment while contributing to our accreditation status with the South Australian Medical Education and Training authority.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing opportunities for education and reflection in the clinical environment
  • Attending and participating in TMO medical educational meetings
  • Continuously reviewing existing practices and promoting change where required

This is a multifaceted role that offers opportunities to enhance medical education through teaching, research, and professional development.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
  • Registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner
  • Successful completion of initial (primary) specialty entrance examination or working towards completion of specialty exit exams
