Senior Financial Modeler

This role bridges investment execution, compliance and ongoing portfolio management with a strong focus on financial modeling and communication.

  • Build and maintain models for real estate loans and private equity.
  • Ensure models align with legal documents prepare investor and bank reports.
  • Assist with fund accounting capital calls distributions and payment processing.
  • Track exposures and monitor compliance.
  • Work with deal teams support front office with analysis and presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models.
  • Preparing investor and bank reports as per regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with the investment team to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Providing analytical support to the front office.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in financial modeling ideally related to investments.
  • CFA candidate (part qual / full qual).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot in a changing environment.
