This role requires tertiary qualifications in Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics, along with experience in general insurance or financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, accompanied by proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL, SAS, or similar tools. Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is desirable.
