Medical Device Product Development Project Lead

The role of a Medical Device Product Development Project Lead involves owning the project management ‘glue’ that brings real devices and clinical studies to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams, including sensor development, substrate manufacturing, mechanical engineering, electronics, software integration, and clinical studies.
  • Serving as the primary interface between QA/RA and Systems Engineering for design traceability.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including the Head of Medical & Clinical and VP Operations.

Ideal Background: A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Medtech or medical diagnostics, with a track record of leading multi-team programs from R&D through validation and verification.
