Job Description

We are seeking a Risk Specialist to assume responsibility for verifying information with Card Issuing Banks and Cardholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing daily activity of held merchant accounts, contacting merchants regarding questionable transactions, and issuing termination letters.

Comparing faxed invoices to merchant applications is a key task in this position. The Risk Specialist will inform merchants of Visa/MasterCard rules, regulations, and hold policies, and check merchant websites.

Maintaining a clean background and credit history is essential for this role. This is an independent role that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
