Overview

Hybrid Sr Analyst, Risk & Compliance role at Signet Jewelers. Hybrid opportunity in Northeast, OH.

Signet Jewelers is the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry, operating more than 2,800 stores worldwide under multiple brands. This role supports the Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) teams with risk-based monitoring and detection, and helps advance the ERM function through research and collaboration with risk owners.

Responsibilities
  • Provide insight to assist the organization with developing tools, processes, and procedures to create sustainable programs
  • Research global risk topics to provide insights that may impact Signet's strategic goals and assist with tracking risk owner Key Risk Indicators to monitor risk trends
  • Assist the department with appropriate third-party communications as needed with outside Compliance, ERM, and auditors/consultants
  • Collect and analyze data/relevant records from third party vendors and partners to detect deficient controls, non-compliance with regulations, or lack of adherence to policies and procedures
  • Identify deficiencies and make appropriate recommendations based on risk assessment and cost/benefit analysis
  • Prepare detailed reports of audit findings with organized and concise documentation
  • Prepare effective risk topic summaries that address potential impact to Signet
  • Demonstrate knowledge of standards, policies/procedures, applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge via training, industry publications, and networking
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Internal Audit/Risk/Compliance related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Fusion, BPP Smart System, and Audit-Board
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Signet Management and departments across Signet's global footprint

Salary range: $60,500 - $78,000. Base pay may vary by geographic region, knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
