About Quality Management Roles

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the quality of our services and ensure they meet the highest standards.

This role is responsible for coordinating data collection, internal audit schedules, and managing local quality initiatives across multiple health facilities. You will oversee the management and investigation of clinical risks and incidents, providing support and training to personnel as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years full time equivalent experience as an AHPRA registered health practitioner, with current unconditional and unrestricted registration with AHPRA. They will also require Australian citizenship and the ability to hold and maintain a baseline security clearance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident and influential communicator who can work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to take a system-wide view of models of care. You will also need to be adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
