We are seeking a Full-time Trades Assistant/Detailer to join our team. This role will involve the cleaning and detailing of earthmoving equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with heavy-duty equipment and possess excellent mechanical aptitude, hand tool usage skills and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and detail equipment to required standards
  • Identify and report any issues or defects
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
  • Assist tradesmen with various tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Previous detailing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience working around heavy-duty equipment (preferred but not essential)
  • Mechanical aptitude with hand tool usage
  • Forklift / High risk work licenses (desirable)
  • Understanding of OH&S regulations
  • Passing a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Autonomy in work
  • Physical fitness with ability to lift heavy objects
