The Opportunity

As a National Events Coordinator, you will join our team to support the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations as well as local initiatives with the aim of enhancing the brand, reputation, and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and executing various events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.
  • Support virtual event arrangements across different platforms.
  • Provide on-site support for regional events, requiring travel as necessary.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve client experiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prior experience in event planning and execution is required.
  • Competence in project management and multitasking is essential.
  • Experience collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, CVent, and e-marketing tools is advantageous.
  • A tertiary qualification in event management or a related field is preferred.
  • Event experience within professional services or B2B environments is highly valued.
