  • Drive strategic growth by developing and communicating a clear go-to-market plan that unlocks new markets, expands existing capabilities, and inspires business-wide confidence.
  • Champion execution excellence by empowering high-performing teams, embedding best-practice sales disciplines, and delivering strong revenue outcomes across new and existing channels.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing talent, refining sales processes, and enhancing performance through data-driven insights and strategic coaching.
  • Own the success of strategy through transparency, accountability, and open communication, ensuring alignment, adaptability, and support at every stage.

About You

  • Proven leadership in B2B sales and marketing with a track record of driving growth in complex solution or infrastructure environments.
  • Extensive demonstrated industry experience in data centres, telecommunications, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors, bringing deep market insight and strategic perspective.
  • Exceptional people leadership, with strong coaching, mentoring, and team development capability that elevates high-performing, values-aligned teams.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline, known for aligning big-picture vision with executional excellence and measurable results.
  • Outstanding communicator and relationship builder, confident engaging with diverse stakeholders, from boardrooms to frontline teams.
