
Health, Safety, and Quality Administrator

Are you looking for a career opportunity where you can make a meaningful contribution to an organization’s health, safety, and quality management systems? This permanent full-time position will provide process and administrative support for HSEQ functions and report on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulations by adhering to the HSEQ Systems in all work activities.
- Develop, maintain, and control the Document Management System (DMS) to ensure the organization is compliant with quality standards.
- Process controlled documents, including registering, classifying, quality checking document metadata, and generating unique document numbers.
- Effectively manage, store, and retrieve electronic documents, ensuring current version documents are readily accessible to all employees.
- Administer the HSEQ reporting system (INX) and perform systems administration tasks.
- Coordinate training for staff and track KPIs as required.
- Conduct internal audits in line with Safety & Quality Management System requirements.
- Audit and report on event management in INX to ensure records are accurate and relevant.
- Monitor and report on current needs requirements for licenses/certificates.
- Scan physical documents and name them for electronic storage in accordance with a paperless work environment.
- Provide general administrative assistance and support in HSEQ and HR matters.
- Offer guidance, support, and training in the use of Group systems and documents.
- Maintain HSEQ KPIs.
