Job Title: Metal Fabricator/Welder

We are seeking skilled metal fabricators/welders for positions in Australia.

The employing company specializes in turnkey project solutions within the concrete batching, mining, and quarrying sectors.

Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Cutting and shaping metal components.
  • Performing various welding techniques to industry standards.
  • Assembling parts using hand tools and machinery.
  • Grinding and finishing products to precise specifications.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in fabricating and assembling silos, conveyors, hoppers, structural steelwork, and mobile batching equipment.
  • Proven ability to work from detailed technical drawings (in English).
  • Capability to work at heights of up to 6 meters.
  • Minimum classification of C12 Welder.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
International Applicants:
  • A passport valid for at least two years.
  • Willingness to undertake a Trade Skills Assessment if required.
  • Ability to develop a thorough understanding of relevant Australian standards applicable to the equipment being manufactured.
  • Completion of an IELTS or PTE English language test if necessary.
Benefits:
  • Minimum annual salary: AUD $73,150.
  • Superannuation: 11.5%.
