At NTT, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our sales operations team as an Order Management & Billing Administrator. This role will provide operational support to our National Sales teams and be responsible for managing the order management lifecycle from receipt of purchase orders through to payment.

The successful candidate will have experience in end-to-end order processing in a B2B sales environment and be able to work under pressure with competing priorities. Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management and communication skills are essential in this role.

This position will involve working closely with the Sales Support and Purchasing Teams to upload priority and complex orders into SAP, manage backorder reports, sales order management, forecast management and assist with client queries and escalation management.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and some knowledge of IT products and vendors is desirable. Experience with SAP will also be highly regarded.

The Order Management & Billing Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order processing, managing stock levels, and coordinating project hardware billings. The role will require strong initiative and enthusiasm, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire order management process, including receiving and uploading purchase orders, managing backorders, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Work closely with the Sales Support and Purchasing Teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Coordinate project hardware billings and manage stock levels to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client queries and concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end order processing in a B2B sales environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with some knowledge of IT products and vendors desirable.
