Chemical Testing Specialist

Job Description:

As a Chemical Testing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our mining operations.

You will be responsible for preparing samples for analysis, managing data, and reporting test results in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare samples for analysis and ensure data is managed and maintained according to company requirements.
  • Assist with workplace inspections and prepare samples by crushing and milling.
  • Analyse samples using TGA and XRF techniques.
  • Report all test results in a timely manner.
  • Perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner according to Terra Mining procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician working within mining projects.
  • Certificate III in Laboratory Skills or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word).
