**Job Description**:
Join our dynamic team at the **Perth Airport **laboratory, where we provide analytical testing services. We are committed to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our contracted laboratory, delivering accurate results, and meeting our customers' expectations.

As a **Sample Administrator,** you will play a crucial role in our laboratory operation, ensuring the timely registration and processing of samples.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Registering all samples by the end of the day and queuing them for analysis.
- Enrolling samples in LIMS1 and SOPHIA, working towards "superuser" for these systems.
- Meeting customer expectations in terms of turnaround time and analytical result quality.
- Maintaining sample traceability both internally and externally.
- Assisting with the supply of sampling kits/equipment to customer sites.
- Handling customer inquiries and confirming analysis requirements with clients when necessary.
- Maintain consumable stock levels.
- Providing general support to the Operations Manager.
- Exercise effective cost control for the provision of the Contract Goods and Services.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Technical School qualifications or tertiary studies.
- Demonstrated experience in handling Petrochemical, Gas, or Chemical Products.
- Proficient computer software literacy.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems.
