">About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you working at the heart of a vibrant community hub, supporting wellbeing, connection and inclusion in one of South Australia's fastest-growing council areas.
The urban centre is enriched by growing and diverse communities in new and established suburbs, rural townships and horticultural lands.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service experiences for all users with high levels of support and effective administration coordination.
- Coordinate venue bookings, events, activities and programs to ensure seamless delivery.
- Assist with purchasing orders, reconcile banking, oversee hire arrangements and manage correspondence to maintain efficient communication flow.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural communicator with a professional and approachable manner. Experience in administration and customer service, ideally in a community, sporting or leisure centre setting, is highly desirable.
You should be confident in using technology and systems, able to work independently and enjoy being part of a fast-paced collaborative environment. A certificate in Community Services or Business Administration is desirable but not essential; barista or basic retail experience is also highly valued.
