The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality meals for various functions at remote villages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for large groups, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a diverse team environment, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring compliance with food safety principles.
Requirements:
  • Australian recognized Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or Trade Certificate (NVQ Level 4 and City & Guilds accepted).
  • Minimum 2 years post-trade or commercial cooking experience, with a focus on bulk and batch cookery for large groups.
  • WA Manual C Class Driver's License is required for this role.
