About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and supporting management and staff on best practices in health, safety, and environmental matters.

You will conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, develop and implement policies and procedures, and monitor compliance with regulations.

A key aspect of this role is to provide training and support to employees at all levels, lead incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

To be successful in this position, you will have a proven track record (at least 3 years) as a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor in construction or a related industry. You will hold a qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and have strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and environmental management.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive a safety culture across all levels of the organisation.
