Payment Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payment Solutions Specialist to bridge the gap between technology and client needs, helping merchants and partners unlock the full potential of our solutions. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely giving you the best of both worlds.

As a Payment Solutions Specialist at our payments company you will partner with our Account Executives during the sales cycle to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client payment requirements and recommend suitable solutions. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless end-to-end sales processes.

Key responsibilities for this role include building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, partners, and enterprise clients, as well as delivering engaging product demos and presentations. You will need to collaborate with product engineering and compliance teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up to date with payment industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings.

To excel in this position, you should have 2–3 years experience in technical sales, pre-sales, account management, or business development ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services. An understanding of payment gateways, acquiring card processing, and/or alternative payment methods is advantageous. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are also essential. Proactive individuals who are driven, target-oriented, and possess a solutions-focused mindset will thrive in this role.
