We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer experience to occupants and visitors of our shared amenities floors. As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing meeting room and shared space bookings, delivering technical support for AV devices, and maintaining facilities to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Provide information and assistance to occupants and visitors in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage meeting room and shared space booking activities with efficiency and accuracy
- Deliver a consistent service experience across all customer interface points, ensuring seamless interactions
- Offer basic technical support for AV devices, resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain facilities to a high standard, adhering to company protocols and guidelines
- Prior experience in a professional customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to adapt style according to customer requirements, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Ability to assess customer needs and demonstrate sound judgement in providing advice, ensuring accurate solutions
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic change environment, remaining flexible and adaptable
This is an on-site position requiring full-time work due to operational needs. The successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police Check and may be subject to other security checks.
