Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting membership opportunities, and facilitating new enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Promote swim school memberships and facilitate new enrollments through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver engaging swim lessons when necessary, utilizing sound instructional techniques and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively with children in a learning environment, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills for conveying instructions and information in a clear and concise manner.
- Sound negotiation skills for diplomatically handling conflict and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
