
Administrative Procurement Coordinator

A global company is seeking a skilled professional to support procurement, asset management and mobile service coordination.
This role involves managing purchase requisitions, liaising with suppliers, tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate records across ICT assets and services.
The successful candidate will also assist with invoice processing, credit card expense management and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- End-to-end ICT procurement, including raising requisitions, sourcing quotes, issuing purchase orders and processing invoices in line with finance and procurement policies.
- Timely delivery of ICT goods and services by tracking orders, escalating delays and maintaining strong supplier communication.
- Maintaining and updating key registers such as ICT assets, mobile services and procurement records to support accurate reporting and compliance.
- Supporting mobile service administration, including coordinating devices, managing service data and assisting the End User Services team.
- Assisting with expense management and general ICT administration, contributing to smooth operations and continuous process improvement.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to work confidently with suppliers and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy across procurement, invoicing and record-keeping tasks.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement, finance or administration.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
