Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Grounds professional to lead our multi-site operations in South Australia and Victoria.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance and grounds operations, ensuring safe, functional, and well-presented environments across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Leadership: Lead and support multi-disciplinary maintenance teams across multiple locations, overseeing all preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Site Presentation: Maintain high standards in landscaping, site presentation, and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with WHS, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • Capital Projects: Collaborate on minor works and capital projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, managing procurement, budgets, and reporting.
  • Team Management: Promote a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, and manage procurement, budgets, and reporting within an operational or asset management framework.

Requirements
  • A trade qualification or equivalent experience in maintenance, building, or facilities management.
  • Proven leadership experience across multi-site operations, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community service environments.
  • Strong understanding of WHS, compliance standards, and contractor management.
  • Skilled in planning and delivering preventative/reactive maintenance using digital systems.
  • Experience managing procurement, budgets, and reporting within an operational or asset management framework.
