Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant, Strategic Projects to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, facilitate, and monitor complex projects to ensure deliverables are met within internal timeframes.
  • Support collaborative processes between school systems, schools, and stakeholder organizations to share and generate ideas and monitor and review implementation processes.
  • Develop procedural documents and establish timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work with the Assistant Executive Director, Curriculum, Assessment and Strategic Policy, and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • High-level project and program management skills, including ability to implement processes to facilitate monitoring, reporting, and successful delivery.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in undertaking high-level consultations, collaborations, and negotiations.
  • Ability to provide leadership and work collaboratively to manage a range of complex projects.
