We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trade Planning Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional planning strategies to ensure effective and strategic alignment in the execution of our Fresh Produce customer offer.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with category teams to develop multi-horizon promotional plans, owning analysis of insights to identify growth opportunities within Fresh Produce, developing processes for ongoing reviews of promotional effectiveness, and aligning the promotional calendar with the customer calendar.
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive retail experience in a comparable commercial position, with commercial and leadership responsibilities delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs). Prior experience within Fresh Produce is highly desirable, as well as demonstrated strong financial expertise within a business unit context.
You will also have comprehensive category management experience, optimizing product offerings, pricing, and promotions to drive growth and align with business goals. Experience in building and executing a trade plan, as well as demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and managing effective relationships internally and externally, is essential.
