CERES is on a transformative journey to excel in finance support, aligning with its purpose and vision. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational strategy, leading financial planning, sustainability, and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the CEO, Board, and Executive Team to shape organisational strategy
  • Leading CERES' financial strategy, sustainability, and governance initiatives
  • Overseeing finance operations, reporting, and compliance
  • Contributing as a key member of the Executive Team
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing Finance Team

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in finance leadership, preferably in a not-for-profit or complex multi-entity organisation. They will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, be able to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
