Outpatient Dialysis Care Manager">

This critical role entails overseeing outpatient dialysis services to ensure optimal patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating treatment schedules, directing staff, and implementing protocols for efficient and safe delivery of care.

Key Functions:
  • Coordinate and schedule outpatient dialysis treatments and personnel to guarantee coverage and resource utilization.
  • Verify that treatments are administered in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations, along with accurate documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to dialysis care staff; collaborate on staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure the provision of dialysis services such as CRRT, hemoperfusion, peritoneal dialysis, and plasmapheresis.
  • Evaluate patient needs, communicate with physicians, and implement adjustments to the care plan.
  • Conduct outpatient treatments and oversee dialysis-related medical and emergency operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 9 months of nursing experience plus 3 months of dialysis care experience.
  • Leadership skills, quality improvement, team building, and communication skills are required.
