Dialysis Nursing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Satellite Dialysis Team based at Royal North Shore Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated clinical experience in patient assessment and planning care for dialysis patients with experience in haemodialysis and cannulation.
- Knowledge in vascular access surveillance techniques.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
