Role Overview

A dynamic and motivated Registered Nurse is sought to join our team in the Satellite Dialysis Unit at Royal North Shore Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and planning individualised care plans, implementing evidence-based nursing practices, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve quality patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven clinical experience in patient assessment and planning care for dialysis patients, including haemodialysis and cannulation
  • Knowledge of vascular access surveillance techniques
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
Additional Information

This role requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases. The successful candidate will need to provide vaccination evidence and complete the relevant forms during the recruitment process.
