Job Description
This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can support and work in Inbound/Outbound Operations, including other departments as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace by following Safety SOPs, ensuring the well-being of all personnel and the integrity of Amazon operations.
Some key responsibilities include helping to manage daily department duties, allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties etc. You'll also be expected to measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide important shift information to front line management to ensure operational excellence across shifts.
The role involves supporting and training employees to deliver great service and supervising them in their daily tasks. You'll work closely with other departments to find solutions to address common issues or support needs in areas of key performance.
You'll have the opportunity to use data analysis to identify ways to optimize safety, quality and productivity. Ensuring successful area performance through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance is another key aspect of this role.
