Job Opportunity: E-commerce Business Growth Specialist

We are on a mission to empower women entrepreneurs to scale their online brands with confidence, clarity, and fun.

About the Role
  • Welcome new members into our coaching programs and guide them through their first month of growth
  • Answer member questions, resolve challenges, and provide thoughtful feedback to drive success
  • Manage community chat groups, fostering connection and positivity among members
  • Help troubleshoot payment issues and ensure smooth membership access for optimal results
  • Celebrate member wins and help them stay motivated throughout their journey
  • Collaborate with our team to flag trends, feedback, and opportunities to improve member experience

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping women succeed in their first month inside our programs, setting them up for long-term growth and achievement.

About You
  • Passionate about supporting women in business and genuinely care about their growth and development
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and on video or calls, to build strong relationships
  • Organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles
  • Positive, energetic, and able to motivate and uplift others to achieve their goals
  • Experienced in customer service, coaching, or community management, with a focus on e-commerce
  • Experienced in e-commerce, either by working for an online brand or running your own business
