Empower Women in E-commerce as a Success Coach

This role offers the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on women's lives, empowering them to launch, grow, and scale their online brands with confidence, clarity, and fun.

About the Role:

You will play a critical part in supporting women entrepreneurs during their first month in our programs, setting them up for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome new members into our coaching programs and provide personalized guidance throughout their first month
  • Offer expert advice, resolve challenges, and provide thoughtful feedback to help members overcome obstacles
  • Manage our member community chat groups, fostering connection and positivity among participants
  • Help troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless experience

As a Success Coach, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth and supporting female e-commerce entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with women entrepreneurs and understand their unique needs.
