Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Project Services team
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Administer contracts and ensure project costs are managed within approved budgets
  • Operate as a senior specialist in project and development management
  • Provide presentations, workshops, and reports to stakeholders
  • Manage, assess, and review the standards of work and deliverables of staff, project consultants, and contractors
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex development projects on behalf of the owner/client
  • A bachelor's degree in business, construction management, architecture, or engineering, or other relevant discipline
  • A QBCC license as a Builder - Project Management Services (or equivalent), or the ability to obtain this licensure within 12 months
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience conducting economic and financial analysis for business case profitability
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
