We are seeking an accomplished leader to head our cafe operations, who can inspire and motivate a passionate team with passion and positivity.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role and possess strong knowledge of coffee and barista skills. They will also be an exceptional people person, able to engage with customers and lead a team with ease.

The Cafe Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, leading and training a dynamic team, ensuring top-notch customer service, and managing stock, rosters, and general administration. They will uphold the high standards of Girdlers' culture.
