Cafe Management Position

As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our company's cafes. With over 300 stores across Australia, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in managing cafes, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. You will be expected to work closely with our management team to achieve our mission of providing good food, great service, and excellent coffee.

  • Assist the management team in offering support in all aspects of store operations
  • Advocate and uphold operational standards across all learning academies
  • Work alongside staff members while running and managing a shift
  • Accurately record sales and banking, and investigate any discrepancies
  • Perform administrative duties, including collecting invoices and recording food safety requirements
  • Enforce daily and weekly systems and procedures to ensure high levels of presentation, hygiene, service, product quality, and security
