Job Description

We are seeking a supervisor to lead our team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within aged care facilities.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular cleaning tasks across common/public areas and resident rooms
  • Supervising staff and reporting any issues or concerns
  • Working safely and efficiently without disrupting others
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong customer service skills, an ability to work autonomously, and a willingness to follow directions and instructions.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided to ensure your effective and safe completion of your role.
