Delivering Compassionate Care

Right at Home Sydney - Upper North Shore is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker.

The role involves providing high-quality care to individuals in need, including personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, medication assistance, respite, and transportation services. As a Personal Care Worker, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans that improve their lives and implement them daily.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Certificate Requirements: Current or enrolled in Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Police Check: Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR: Current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Vehicle and Driver's License: Smart mobile phone and valid Australian Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Full COVID-19 vaccination and empathy to provide kind and respectful care
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
