Immerse yourself in a dynamic and ever-changing environment as a Project Coordinator. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the full lifecycle of new release titles, from initial research and briefing stages to pitching products to retailers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and direct quality control processes.
- Organise restoration processes for all titles, including coordinating physical materials and managing budgets.
- Present information and complete administrative tasks related to the production of new releases.
- Secure senior management sign-off of production documentation.

Inventory/Stock Management:

- Complete submissions to retailers and manage order quantities.
- Provide markdown assessments based on stock movement and sell-through rate.
- Assess current stock-on-hand and provide recommendations for re-orders.

Administration:

- Enter data into internal systems for items related to production.

Requirements:

- 3-5+ years experience in project/product management and operations.
- Highly organised and prepared.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Ability to report information to management.
