Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flow Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team to deliver efficient and accurate goods flow across the DC and CDC operations.
  • Embed a safety culture into all aspects of the goods flow operation.
  • Develop and mentor team leaders, coordinators, and co-workers; actively plan succession to create a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Ensure staff and equipment planning supports goods availability requirements and compliance with rules and guidelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions to support business growth and service excellence.

  • Proven experience leading large teams within a warehousing or logistics environment.
