We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to lead our goods flow operations. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading large teams within a warehousing, logistics or fulfilment environment, with a track record of implementing safe practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve safe, efficient, and accurate goods flow.
  • Develop and embed a safety culture into all aspects of the operation.

This role also involves coaching and mentoring team leaders and coordinators to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading large teams in a similar industry setting.
  • A strong focus on safety, with a track record of embedding safe practices into team culture.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, challenge, and develop a high-performing team.
