About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock flow across stores, warehouses, and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating stock movements between stores and 3PL partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaising with stores and logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth stock flow.
  • Executing consolidation plans to optimize inventory across locations.
  • Supporting and guiding retail teams during stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Actioning OMS rejection adjustments and investigating root causes to prevent future disruptions.
  • Managing IBT processes and ensuring discrepancies are resolved.
  • Processing stock corrections and system adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience and Expertise:

  • Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
  • Confident user of inventory management systems (preferably NetSuite).
  • Natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled analyst able to interpret stock data and implement process improvements.
  • Effective communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with goods flow, reconciliation, and inventory reporting across multi-site operations.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, safety regulations, and quality standards in warehousing.
